President & CEO
Nathan joined the Foundation on August 1, 2017 after serving the Baptist Foundation of Alabama as its Senior Investment Officer and one of its development relationship managers. Nathan comes to the Foundation with strong experience in Foundation investments, legacy stewardship development and planned giving. When you meet Nathan, you will discover that he has passion for encouraging people and pastors, he loves God’s Word (which has led to pursuit of a Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies) and he is gifted in speaking and relating compassionately with everyone he meets.

Director of Ministry Advancement
Jacque (pronounced “Jackie”) joined the Foundation in 2000 after almost 20 years’ experience in bank policy/procedure development, training, and project coordination. Jacque coordinates the Ministry Advancement Team that handles client and church relationships, planned giving, and legacy planning services. She serves churches to develop, teach, and coordinate church legacy programs, capital campaigns, and church investment planning.

Director of Operations
Kyle joined the Foundation in October 2010. He has prior experience in sales management and obtained his MBA in Business from the University of South Carolina in December 2011. Kyle is responsible for the Operations Team that oversees account management and reporting, budget and audit.

Brittany joined the Foundation in 2018. After graduation from North Greenville University, she worked as a ministry assistant for SC WMU where she developed her abilities and love for design. Brittany enjoys being able to utilize those skills to help effectively communicate the Foundation’s mission and vision as well as assisting our local churches. Brittany’s work includes design of account statements, online presence, graphics, procedure and process writing, and working with the team to develop vision and strategy.
Terri re-joined the Foundation in 2013 after spending several years at home until her sons graduated from high school. Terri assists with many operational functions, such as answering questions about account statements and online access. However, Terri has recently taken on an additional role as our Client Care Coordinator. Terri never meets a stranger and absolutely loves connecting with our Foundation friends across the state, from donors to church staff members. Clients look forward to hearing from Terri, whether she calls just to check on them or to wish them a “Happy Birthday.”
Rayna joined the Foundation in 2018. Rayna serves alongside her husband Mark in ministry in the Lexington area. Her background in computer engineering and sharp attention to detail has greatly benefited the work of the Operations Team. Rayna loves being a part of a team who feels like family as they work towards a common goal to grow the Kingdom!
Jackie joined the Foundation in 2015 after serving her family at home for several years. Her prior work in property management has been an asset to her work with the Foundation as she has broad experience in accurately managing multiple responsibilities and client files. Her work with the Foundation includes maintaining much of the Foundation’s account and client database to include contribution receipting, reviewing & entering scholarships & grants, and general account/client database upkeep.
